Adult ADHD Centre

The Adult ADHD Centre is dedicated to the assessment and management of ADHD in adults and is located in Burnaby, BC. For ongoing support, counselling services are available through Charting Pathways Counselling, where Jodie Read and Rochelle Kelava specialize in helping clients embrace and navigate life with ADHD. With compassionate, strengths-based approaches, they support individuals in building strategies for thriving with ADHD.

ICBC Counselling

If you are struggling with mental health challenges from a motor vehicle accident, you are entitled to 12 pre-approved sessions through ICBC within the first 8 weeks of your accident.

A few of our counsellor provide direct billing to ICBC. Reach out to Amal Rashid or Tajah Olson to book a consultation.

CRESST

Community Response Emergency Short Stay Treatment

CRESST provides short-term mental health treatment and support for adults (19+) who are medically and psychiatrically stable and can independently manage their daily living needs. Services include psychiatric assessments, medication management, individual and group therapy, social work support, nutritious meals, and connections to housing, financial, and community resources. Referrals must be completed by a family doctor, mental health centre, or hospital. Please reach out to your counsellor for more information on the referral process.
