Individual Counselling

Our Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) provide effective individual counselling and welcome all mental health challenges and counselling needs. We create a safe, trusting space in therapy through non-judgmental and non-pathologizing approaches to focus on what’s meaningful for you. Our team draws from several different therapeutic approaches to make sure we tailor sessions to your needs and goals.

Couples Counselling

Our experienced Registered Clinical Counsellors provide highly effective couples counselling for those struggling in their relationships. We help couples make meaningful and permanent changes in their relationships so they can experience a greater sense of intimacy and fulfillment within the relationship and life. Our counsellors help you identify the dysfunctional patterns you got trapped in that are creating disconnection in the relationship. We work with you to get re-connected, understand one another, feel heard, and communicate more effectively.
