I am an Intern Counsellor who offers a calm, supportive space for individuals seeking counselling. I work with clients both online and in person at our two locations. Many people reach out when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and I aim to support clients in finding clarity, understanding, and greater self-compassion.

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, with particular interests in grief and loss (including ambiguous loss), relationship challenges, stress, and burnout.

My background includes outreach-based work alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds, which has shaped my commitment to respectful, inclusive, and client-centred care. I strive to meet clients where they are, with careful attention to safety, pacing, and the broader personal and social contexts that influence their lives.

Background

Before and alongside my training, I’ve worked in roles that involve supporting people through difficult life circumstances, which continues to inform how I show up in the counselling room. Outside of work, I enjoy animal rescue, long dog walks, and spending time outdoors.
